What piece counts do you offer?

We currently offer:

1000-piece puzzles (Travel & Classic collections)

500-piece puzzles (Family collection)

Each product page clearly lists the piece count.

What material are the puzzles made from?

Our puzzles are printed on high-quality, durable puzzle board designed for a satisfying fit and long-lasting enjoyment.

Travel Destination Series

Are the travel puzzles real destinations?

Yes. Our Travel Destination puzzles are inspired by real locations and designed to deliver a cinematic, immersive experience.

Is the location revealed before I finish?

For select Mystery-style releases, the location is revealed after completion to enhance the experience. Details will be listed on the product page.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Because each puzzle is made to order, production typically takes a few business days before shipping.

Most U.S. orders arrive within 7–12 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we focus on U.S. shipping. International expansion may come in the future.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order if you need to make changes. Once production begins, changes may not be possible.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return my puzzle?

Because each puzzle is made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

What if my puzzle arrives damaged or missing pieces?

If your puzzle arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll offer a replacement or full refund.
