At PuzzleScape, each puzzle is made to order just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns for change of mind or ordering errors. That said, we stand behind every piece we create.

Damaged, Defective, or Incomplete Orders

If your puzzle arrives damaged, misprinted, or missing pieces, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
  1. Your order number
  2. Clear photos of the issue
We’ll make it right by offering:
A free replacement or
A full refund
No need to return the damaged item unless requested.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because orders go into production quickly, changes or cancellations must be requested within 2 hours of purchase.

Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order. PuzzleScape is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
